In my head I could literally picture myself dressed in armour and venturing out on this journey and along the way it was like I was having vivid flashbacks of when I first encountered certain things, and the relief that I’ve gotten from seeing it laid out like this and knowing that I’m not just some washed up failure with grandiose ideas but that the struggles and triumph that I’ve had have all led me to this place that I am supposed to be - I just can’t even put it into words. It has really reaffirmed everything that I already know but couldn’t find the words to express and that is priceless.

Her questions got under the surface. They helped me realize that the resistance wasn’t something to push through—it was something to listen to. That changed everything. I began to see just how much of my life was still performative, still about proving my worth. That shift—from overthinking to embodiment, from performing to presence—wasn’t something I could have forced. Kat created the space for it to unfold. Today, I’m doing what my bosses used to do. I’m trusted by executive teams. And more than that, I’m finally trusting myself. I’m not stuck in rigid planning or survival strategies anymore. I’m meeting life as it comes.
